...Arriving this week to market via a generic-No Label silver DVD release is the AEROSMITH w/JIMMY PAGE performance from The Marquee in London on August 20, 1990...Finally,  this 'johnny-on-the-spot' video gets a commercial boot treatment on "Marquee 1990"...and Sigma will issue PINK FLOYD "Westphalian Wall" 2CD of their Wall show at Westfallenhalle in Dortmund on February 20th, 1981...Plenty of LED ZEPPELIN again on the boot news circuit this week with Wendy Records announcing their next title as being "Chaos And Change" 3CD of the excellent Mike Millard tape from Long Beach on March 11, 1975 and Scorpio Japan sliding in a couple of titles nonchalantly a couple of weeks ago actually - "Get Back" 2CD leverages the notorious 'MrTucson' tape from the Tucson Community Center on June 28, 1972...the other Scorpio set is another nice complimentary title called "Good Times Bad Times" 2CD that pairs the fun Paris 1969 FM Broadcast from the L'Olympia on October 10, 1969 on the first disc, and the excellent Lyceum Ballroom audience tape from London on October 12, 1969...

...A couple of ROLLING STONES title updates, Dog N Cat Records have once again issued "Hold On Tight" 3CD with an alternate cover, the title presents the final show at MSG in New York on June 27, 1975...Sister Morphine's "Sydney 1973" 2CDR set is now available and pairs up the two shows from the Sydney Showgrounds on February 26th and 27th, 1973..."Dutch Master" is the title of a Generic Label NEIL YOUNG set that features the nice audience tape from The Rai Theater in Amsterdam on February 20, 2008...From The Eye Records comes PRINCE "Coachella" 2CD presents his performance from the 3-day Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festiva held at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California on April 25th, 26th, and 27th..the set adds bonus tracks from the 50th Grammy Awards as well as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno from earlier in the year...The Hannibal Label has just released MILES DAVIS "The Lost Fleet" 2CD plus bonus DVD-R set containing the soundboard recording from the Folkets Hus in Stockholm, Sweden on the 5th of November, 1969 - the bonus video DVD-R contains a digitally remastered 53 minute proshot piece recorded at Tivoli Konsertsal in Copenhagen on November 4, 1969...Look for the new OASIS 2CD set, "Two Spoons And A Box Of Cheerios" hitting the streets this week as well, featuring the 'Don't Believe The Truth' sessions with a working version of 'Stop The Clocks'...I was unable to identify which label is releasing this one...

...There are 2 new stellar looking BEATLES titles coming in succession from Misterclaudel as part of their on-going Live Chronicle Series of audio documents..."The Lost On-line Master" 1CD brings two versions of the master soundboard tape from The Empire Theatre in Liverpool on December 7, 1963 - one tape is simply the raw on-line professional source tape and the other is a 'fixed' version of the same...Btw, did anyone happen to catch the BBC airing of the lost 1964 interview tape featuring JOHN LENNON and PAUL McCARTNEY from Scotland during the peak of Beatlemania which was suppose to be aired for the first time today and again later this week?...The other title coming shortly from Misterclaudel is the "Complete Rooftop Concert 1969" 3CD which brings every morsel and scrap of tape from the January 30, 1969 event on the roof of Abbey Road Studios...On a related note...from the Liverpool Sound Label comes the PAUL McCARTNEY 2CD "Back In Liverpool 2008" which provides the FM Broadcast source of the June 1st return home performance...
