...Also announced this evening is the latest DEEP PURPLE project from Darker Than Blue called "Mandrake Rock", a single CD release of their Birmingham Town Hall UK performance on February 12, 1971...Here's the tracklisting breakdown:

There are three new LED ZEPPELIN titles on the way from Graf Zeppelin..."Midwest Rock Festival" is a single disc of the nice Milwaukee State Fair audience tape from July 25th, 1969..."Schaefer Music Festival" is another single disc show of one more early, nice tape, recorded in New York City's Central Park 4 days earlier on the 21st of July, 1969...And, "Return To Blueberry Hill' 2CD is yet another in this batch of reissues--this one from Oakland on September 2, 1970 nicely captured from a strategic audience position...all titles are limited runs of 200 copies with the first 30 numbered and stickered...

...Beano will release the ERIC CLAPTON 2CD, "Applause For The Harlots", an April 27, 1977 audience recording from London's Hammersmith Odeon...Arriving shortly from Misterclaudel is WINGS "First Flight 1972" 2CD which compiles the February 9, 1972 Nottingham University audience recording with the Hull University audie tape from February 11th (1972) -Including ICA rehearsals...THE BEATLES "Live In Philadelphia, PA September 1964 Whiskey Flats" 1CD (below) is a reissue from Quarter Apple that contains the audience tape from the Philadelphia Convention Hall on September 2nd along with the Atlanta Stadium tape from August 18, 1965...

...Finally, a couple of ROLLING STONES sets that are packaged/modeled after their vinyl counterparts..."Pave Boulder '81" 2CD is the spirited Boulder, Colorado show from October 3, 1981 recorded from an excellent audience tape..."Light Up The Town" 2CD is recorded live at Jack Murphy Stadium in San Diego on October 7, 1981 these are issued from a generic japanese label...From XTV, look for THE VELVET UNDERGROUND "Psychedelic Sounds From The Gymnasium" 1CD...
