...A nice way to kick off the news for the week is with a brand new stereo soundboard of BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E STREET BAND, "Born Again Live" is only a single disc release on the Social Graces Label, but it presents a performance of the entire Born To Run album from The Palace At Auburn Hills, Michigan on November 13, 2009 --supplemented with a handful of live bonus tracks:  Atlantic City (Ullevi Stadium, Gothenburg, Sweden 22nd June 2003) City Of Ruins (Ullevi Stadium, Gothenburg, Sweden 22nd June 2003) Because The Night (Asbury Park Convention Hall, Asbury Park, NJ. USA 23rd March 2009) Nebraska (Somerville Theater, Somerville, MA. USA 19th February 2002 Acoustic Tour)..should be a fun listen!...

...Look for a non-label stereo sounboard upgrade of OZZY OSBOURNE called "Definitive Barks" 2CD which captures the band live at Koseinenkin Kaikan, Tokyo, Japan on June 29, 1984, it comes with a limited bonus CDR called "Tokyo Final 1984" with an excellent audience tape from Shibuya Kokaido, Tokyo, Japan 7th July 1984...

...Darker Than Blue will issue RAINBOW "Definitive Surrender Documents" 1CD, which is supposedly an upgraded stereo soundboard of the August  28, 1981 Budokan, Tokyo recording...

...From the Shades Label comes WHITESNAKE "Light & Shade: Super Rock '84 In Japan" 2CD with what is described as a 'near perfect' audience recording from Nagoya Stadium, Japan on August 4, 1984, plus initial limited copies will come with a bonus DVD-R (screenshots and artwork above) called "Farewell To Lord: Mandagsborsen Master", a proshot video of their peformance on  "Mandagsborsen" TV Show, Grand Hotel, Stockholm, Sweden on April 16, 1984...

...Two new DVDs on the way from King Snake...THE EAGLES "Early Flight, above, compiles 1973 BBC and Netherlands TV broadcasts, along with 1974 Don Kirschner's Rock Concert appearance...PAUL McCARTNEY "Hard Rock Calling", below, presents the featured Hyde Park concert from this past June along with White House performance on July 2nd for the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song...

...Rattlesnake will release the WINGS 2CD "Wings Over The World 1975 Tour Rehearsals" in excellent quality, documenting the Elstree Studio rehearsal sessions from London '75, this supplements their ROLLING STONES 'Sucking In Detroit" 2CD mentioned last week which tacks on various supplemental 1978 soundboard tracks to the July 6th Detroit show at Masonic Hall (pictured above)...

...Some heffty vinyl pieces for those collectors who appreciate a good piece of wax this week!  Above is the new PINK FLOYD "The Holland 1968 Box" 3LP set from Aurora Australis that compiles several different live 1968 broadcast recordings from The Netherlands: The early show from The Paradiso in Amsterdam on May 31st, 1968, the late show from Club Fantasio in Amsterdam on May 31st as well, and making up sides 5 & 6 on the third LP is primarily the Jaarbeurs-Margriethal, Utrecht, Netherland performance on December 28th 1968 plus: "Let There Be More Light from Paris, Le Bilboquet, Sep. 07, 1968 (Broadcast on �Surprise Partie“ TV show, Dec. 31 1968) and "Flaming" from Paris, Chapiteau du Kremlin-Bicetre, Oct. 31, 1968 (Broadcast on �Tous En Scene“ TV show, Nov. 26 1968)...
