REVIEW:

An outstanding compilation and a nice cross-section of material.  As you would expect with any fan-produced set like this, due to the various sources the quality varies but is overall, great!

The thing that amazed me is that "Allison" wasn't included as part of the main body of material on here.  Certainly Elvis had to perform this on television somewhere along the line!  Fortunately it is included as part of the raw, live bonus footage from the 20/20 shoot.  Which, I should add, is just that.  A bonus.  Completists will appreciate it's inclusion but it is nothing too spectacular.

Again, when there is a fan at the helm of a project like this...the passion shows.  Great sources are used and it is put together in a thoughtful manner.  I guess this is due entirely by coincidence really, as it is a chronological compilation. However, the performances included have a nice pace which makes it enjoyable.  Aside from the repetition of numbers in the first half of the disc, the material here is varied enough to make it a very interesting watch also.

All in all, classic stuff.  Elvis TV indeed!  A No frills, straight from VHS dub.  As with all Cat's Meow titles, this is a DVD-R duplication.

The best toys are the ones that are both educational and multi-purposeful.
