This show along with the show on Jimi's Last Visit to Sweden Volume 2 are recorded just weeks before Jimi's death.  For an audience tape from 1970 (imagine the equipment) this is a decent document of one of his final performances.  His vocals break up occasionally over the guitar but it's a very listenable recording.  Although it's often been said his final months of performing were uninspiring (mostly said by those who wanted to see a guitar burned), he seems quite energetic here and out to give one hell of a performance.  Watchtower has supplied some of the greatest Hendrix recordings the last couple of years and this stands as another quality contribution.
