REVIEW:

Alternate mixes and jams to the material provided in previous volumes.  Jimi at work in the studio with quite a cast of musicians like John Mclaughlin, Stephen Stills, Buddy Miles, Johnny Winter, Billy Cox, Larry Lee, Mitch Mitchell and Juma Sultan.

The sound quality is consistently excellent throughout the disc.  All packaged in thoughtful artwork utilizing photos from a cross-section of Jimi's career.  Nice shot of Johnny Winter on the back cover of the booklet.

Not a lot of song structure to the jams taking place, other than the track 5 inclusion of "Have You Ever Been To Electric Ladyland"

Not an essential disc by itself but a nice component to the series as a whole.  Highly recommended to all Hendrix collectors.

The best toys are the ones that are both educational and multi-purposeful.
