REVIEW:

This recording came out some years ago with the same title and is now reissued bringing back a concert held in late June 92 at  London's Hammersmith Odeon, performed in honor of blues music called, A Celebration of the Blues as part of British National Music Day produced by Harvey Goldsmith. The core band playing was Gary Moore with his Midnight Blues Band, followed by a jam with Otis Rush and Jimmy Rogers. Then it was Buddy Guy jamming with Ron Wood and later Jagger jumps on stage with Gary Moore flanked by Ron Wood and Charlie Watts for the last two numbers to end the show. Luckily a soundboard recording surfaced, recorded by Ian Taylor, and here it is showing the best of the night concert. The sound is very good and it is a pity no video has come out from this night performance. Last track on this CD is a live rendition of "No Expectations" played by Lenny Kravitz with a guest appearance by Jagger from Paris 91.
