REVIEW:

The soundtrack and video from Queen's Houston show is one of 2005's greatest discoveries.  This has been one of the holy grails of Queen collection and to have both complete and in excellent quality is a minor miracle.  The DQA label were the first to release the video soundtrack on A Night At The Summit, followed quickly by this release, Houston 1977 on Wardour.  Comparing the two they sound pretty much identical.  Wardour may have fattened the bass up a bit, but there is not dramatic difference between the two.  Wardour placed "My Melancholy Blues" on the second disc, but the cut between it and "White Man" is still present.  Overall this offers another opportunity to pick up this essential concert.  Every Queen fan needs the video and a copy of the soundtrack.
