REVISED VERSION

This DVD set documents Keith Richards and the Stones . It starts with the Netflix documentary, produced by Jane Rose and aptly titled Under The Influence which portrays Keith Richards and his RnR life where he is interviewed by Anthony Decurtis. This documentary, directed by Morgan Neville, was premiered at the Toronto Film Festival on 17 September 2015 and aired the following day on USA TV stations allowed to broadcast Netflix productions, while streamed on internet on September 30th. It features an interesting interview with Keith, Steve Jordan, Tom Waits , Buddy Guy plus lots of jams; very interesting are also some never before seen scenes  through the years, coming from Super 8 films provided by Anita Pallenberg. I believe it is the first time it comes out on underground DVDs. There is another short segment after that on Disc One and that is the GQ Magazine Men of the Year 2015 Award ceremony, where introduced by James Burton he got the Legend of the Year Award, featuring a small speech from Keith .

Now to the infamous Disc Two problem, on the copy I reviewed earlier (numbered below the 100^th number) what was supposed to be the Melbourne 5 November concert had the same content of Disc One; I have so far located another set (numbered over the 200^th number) that has indeed   the Melbourne 2014 show, so we can assume few copies only were misprinted (or up to number 100, who knows?) and the rest had the correct concert on. This is a copy of RSVP Melbourne 2014, Youtube sourced multicam recording with songs titles menu. It is quite enjoyable as a recording with good pictures and audio, though missing Out Of Control and Brown Sugar (except for some notes). This the concert before the Hanging Rock show that was cancelled supposedly because of Jagger s throat problem, it is easy to hear Jagger avoiding high notes on tunes like Start Me Up and Sympathy For The Devil.

Disc Three is the Sydney concert and this is a copy of Sydney 2014 (RSVP 2000) itself a compilation of YouTube videos multicam source with excellent pictures. The annoying problem with this type of compilations is that the volume jumps from 6 to 10 from one track to the other. At the end of Satisfaction there is a minute of Stones in Sydney taken from RS.com

Disc Four comes from Hunter Valley (RSVP2000) and it is a widescreen very good recording YouTube sourced as well; pictures are less brilliant than Sydney but the audio is better. At the end of Satisfaction there is customary track off RS.com that features some excerpts from Dead Flowers . So this is a very nice work, providing you are lucky enough to run into a correct copy of the set.
