This new release from Golden Eggs label presents some well known solo tracks from Keith Richards Expensive Winos coupled   with two songs from SNL, in the liner notes inside it is written that this release presents the best companion for Talk Is Cheap reissue 2 cd set which was recently released. There is nothing new on this release which however presents a great sound for some outtakes that have surfaces from Keith Richards first solo album, most are instrumental versions that help illustrate the great work done on these compositions either officially released or not, like What She Wanted. It is here featured also one song that would end up on Steel Wheels, Almost Hear You Sigh, and from the Stones version we can imagine how some of the other outtakes would have sounded had they been given to the Stones instead of the Winos. Particularly interesting is the long jam (over 14 minutes) She Put A Mark On Me, unfortunately truncated at the end.

A nice collection of tracks which showcase the grittiest but honest side of the Stones musical engine.
