This release was the first one to be issued, rushed up to present the first IEM recording for this tour. This gig which happened to be the band’s 203^rd one in London happened in perfect summer weather with very small breeze, funnily most of the musicians onstage wore sunglasses when the show started. The setlist was very mixed up, making it quite different from the first London concert, starting with the opening tracks, this time Get Off Of My Cloud. The first playing of You Got Me Rocking for this tour plus Angie and Like A Rolling Stone, “a song written for us by a Nobel Laureate” said Jagger; Keith’s set featured different songs too. Every live rendition of a song provides different lyrics in a way, this time we get ’Argentinian girls’ in Miss You instead of Puerto Rican ones. The band played better, in fact there is a great solo by Richards on Satisfaction (funny that they started and ended the concert with 1965 songs) but Gimme Shelter saw Sasha Allen singing too hysterically though. Jumping Jack Flash also had a longer intro because it seems Jagger missed his cue. This release has an excellent sound, being an UEM source, possibly the only drawback is that at the beginning Jagger vocals seem to be too high in the mix.
