REVIEW:

First of all this is difficult for me to review as I am not a big fan of the Seeger Sessions Album. It's too much polka, fun, folk or whatever for my taste and was hoping for a full fledge E Street Tour again...but many people liked it...so who am I?? Maybe next year..........

This DVD takes some of my critisism away as what you see is a band having FUN. Something that's not very common anymore in music. You see a group of people led by the Boss having a blast and take the audience with them on their enthusiastic musical trip. Everybody seems to enjoy themselves and that's what music's all about.

This DVD was shot, as the title says, over 18 nights on the May/June 2006 US leg of the current tour. All the footage is pro shot and is served here in excellent quality of sound and vision making it straight away the ultimate current tour DVD. Great songs including many rarities in perfect quality. The filming is awesome and in widescreen, the soundboard sound is a blast in LPCM stereo. If you're into this tour, this is a must have. And if you're not, like me, you might start to like it after watching this DVD. My personal highlight is "Jesse James" and "Pay Me My Money Down" which is unfortunatley not a passionately sung along as on the recent Milano 2006 CD but great nevertheless!

Is there a breakdown of where each track is recorded from? If there is, that would be great information to include into the article tracklist and I'll republish. Thanks!

I'm thinking this may be from AOL's eighteen nights of Springsteen where they played 1 track from each date of the 2nd leg of this Summer's Seeger Sessions tour. I'll have to look for a loist of what they "broadcast". -JG
