REVIEW: |
This compilation presents Mick Taylor tracks taken from various sources including bits and pieces taken from videos, unfinished ideas and jams that have in common the fact of having been played on acoustic guitar, not exactly the setting Taylor is famous for playing; however it is not just acoustic tracks, but there are electrical ones too, in each of them he showcases his great technical skills which shine even in this context(check his ability on Hey Joe). It must be said that thee tracks show Taylor expertise as well as his musical taste, however this compilation despite some bizarre songs titles could be regarded as a nice introduction to this underrated
master . |
