REVIEW:

This release aims to present Bill Wyman s Rhythm Kings from the 2004 European Tour, presenting a very good recording from PLG, an uncirculated show that has been reworked a bit: two little digital noises in the introduction of   Mystery Train were deleted, as well as the gaps in the crowd noise and because of a gap after Real Wild Child   the original tracks separation was kept.
As the MC said, excited about the concert to be played: C est Noël ( it s Christmas)! In fact this is a great show by the Rhythm Kings that although played at the beginning of July is in fact a showcase for this eclectic band. The selection of songs is very wide spanning from rock and roll to rhythm and blues, rockabilly, rock, blues , boogie, jazz, country and even gospel, a fun band in the words of Bill Wyman, all played with the unmistakable style the band has got us used to.

This concert line-up features: Bill Wyman on bass and vocals, Andy Fairweather-Low on vocals and guitar, Mike Sanchez  on piano and vocals, Albert Lee on guitar and vocals, Terry Taylor on guitar and backing vocals, Graham Broad on drums, Beverly Skeete on vocals and Frank Mead on saxophone and percussions and Nick Payn on saxophone, flute and harmonica.
The show by the Rhythm Kings in the small town of Mirande, close to the Spanish border was great, the band plays very well and the recording is brilliant, very lean and sharp with few audience interferences and all the songs are complete.

The best toys are the ones that are both educational and multi-purposeful.
