REVIEW:

This release at first came out on a 10 LP box set in 1986, in Japan in 1999 the cd version was released in 8 discs that feature some of the rarest moments of Led Zeppelin s history are captured: from the historic first ever recording sessions with P.J. Proby attended by all four members of the band to the final rehearsals of the never to be U.S.A. Tour. Pretty much all other concerts and tracks have been released on other bootlegs, but for Discs Five and Six that feature Jack Bruce on bass, Charlie Watts on drums, Ian Stewart on piano, Jimmy Page on guitar, John Paul Jones on vocals and harmonica and Ruby Turner on vocals, this was a concert held as tribute for Alexis Korner with this ensemble of musicians that was called the Alexis Korner Electric Orchestra, their set was broadcasted   live by Radio Trent and, as far as I know, does exist just here and this will interest Stones collectors too . All contents anyway are sourced from the vinyl version and that means that are included skips and surface noises, especially audible during the Tampa 77 set. Packaging is essential, all track listing on the box back cover (including plenty of mistitled tracks on the Nottingham concert). Disc Seven presents the last rehearsals the band did on 1980, just barely over half an hour with   Stairway To Heaven that at 5.20 minutes becomes a wide stereo recording.
