What is happening to the Silver Disc CD bootleg? Over the past 3 weeks or so, I've been watching the bands on tour and usual haunts where one might obtain the latest downloads. They are arriving regularly, along with an abundance of vintage tapes and broadcasts. You would think the established Silver Disc Labels would continue shooting the fish in the barrel, but that isn't exactly the case.

Due to a Virus Threat outside our environment, this column has been delayed. It appears everyone has scattered to fit in their holiday or vacation time here the last couple of weeks. There is release info that has trickled in for this version of the news this week at HotWacks On-line.

I was only tossing out a cliche last week as we began the new month and I mentioned the "Dog Days of August", little did I know that the really "dog" week on the release front was this week! This is typically a down-time for production so it shouldn't surprise any of us.
