REVIEW:
At last, Apocalypse Sound got it right! If you are looking for a definitive video document from the Bon Scott era, look no further. This double DVD set is outstanding in nearly every aspect. Some how, AS has been able to track down near master quality tapes for every episode presented in this set. To supplement the effort, the sequencing or chapters are well thought out. Sure, the videos are presented in chronological order but, AS took the project a step further to make this DVD title comprehensive. Aside from a couple of typos on the back cover art, a blurry "Baby Please Don't Go" TV appearance, and an edited "Touch Too Much" Top Of The Pops segment...there is simply nothing to gripe about. What makes this such an essential title to AC/DC fans is that we get all of this stellar material in one of the most beautiful DVD Digipacks. Truly one of the best represented pieces of Bon Scott era AC/DC. The "greatest" frontman ever?...sure, we can go with that. Especially for this genre. Um, highly recommended. Let's hope Apocalypse Sound uses this standard with all future projects.

The best toys are the ones that are both educational and multi-purposeful.
