REVIEW:

This is a peculiar release that has been put out in order to celebrate Bobby Keys the famous sax player that passed out early December 2014; he was a great session man although very much known and appreciated because of his association with the Stones. This disc presents some of his collaborations, starting with Elvis Presley Return To Sender with Bobby Keys claimed his sax played the intro on his autobiography Every Night Is Saturday Night in 2012; however it is still unclear if true or not, but most people say it was Boots Randolph on sax.. Apart from the Stones tracks (here presented as alternate mixes for Brown   Sugar and Can t You Hear Me Knocking), too bad they did not include one of the best sax solos on Casino s Boogie out of Exile On Main Street. Anyway we have then collaborations with Eric Clapton from the guitarist s first solo album, George Harrison, Harry Nilsson, Delaney & Bonnie, BB King, Joe Cocker, Humble Pie, Graham Nash, Faces, Ringo Starr and finally John Lennon, an impressive list for sure as impressive as been his musical life.

The best toys are the ones that are both educational and multi-purposeful.
