REVIEW:

The second show in New Haven is the subject of volume 10: of this show two versions were available. One already reworked in 2016 and posted which was interesting because had the correct speed, but was in mono with a muddy sound and missed All Night, All Day. The second one was also interesting because it has a better stereo sound, a more complete intro and contained All Day, All Night but missed The Dark Side Of Midnight and the end of Lookin’ For Willie, other problem was that the speed had to be corrected (differently on both discs), hence it was decided to create a mix of both shows to get the complete recording. On the second version the channels had to be rebalanced, slightly amplifying the recording, deleting micro-gaps between the tracks and the transitions between tracks reworked. A 6 second mono patch was used to fix the two defaults on You Never Can Be Trusted from 3’11 until 3’17 and a 1’21 patch coming from the first version to complete Lookin’ For Willie and the biggest part of The Dark Side Of Midnight. Note that up to Lookin’ For Willie the recording had to be decelerated by -4,5% and from this point onwards it had to be accelerated by +1,9%. A good recording this is too with a pretty long version of I Should Know Better and a new song All Night, All Day.

The best toys are the ones that are both educational and multi-purposeful.
