REVIEW:

Volume 4 of this series brings us to North Tonawanda which is close to Buffalo. In 2016 a recording - a rip from a video- was already worked, but then a better recording surfaced (although the left channel was saturated). The video-rip version was also interesting because it indicated the correct speed and it also contained the end of Ridin’ On The Santa Fe and the encore Room To Move.

So here we get a mix of both sources: the bulk coming from the new tape and the end coming from the video rip. This new tape had to be decelerated by -5%. Checkin’ Up On My Baby had a break after 36 seconds, probably because of a necessary tape flip while recording. Because it was impossible to reconnected both parts of the song, it was decided to separate the 2 discs at this point.

The audio quality of the video rip is very bad but allowed to complete Ridin’ On The Santa Fe (reconnected at 3’27) and provided Room To Move and the end of the show. Unfortunately, it is impossible to make out what John Mayall said in the 2nd band introduction as his banter is totally drowned in the cheering of the audience. However, this was a great show with Taylor standing out in many tracks.

The best toys are the ones that are both educational and multi-purposeful.
Great Toys For Tots
