Volume Four of this series presents a recording from Lone Star Café in New York in 1987. Here the l ine-up was the same as the previous recording. This is a very good recording that was already in circulation. However, Maidenlane's version is an interesting one that could function as a nice and welcome alternative to the previous source. So, it was decided to keep it after reworking it.

This recording is now being edited, de-clicked, channels rebalanced (from +10% to +30% for the left channel) and speed improved (-1,5%). On Goin’ South the left channel was damaged from 2’00 until 8’45, so in order to upgrade it the right channel was duplicated and therefore that segment is monophonic. A great sounding release with a varied songs selection indeed.
