REVIEW:

This release presents Bill Wyman s Rhythm Kings 2000 Hamburg soundcheck and rehearsals. On this recording the first part presents the entire recording, nothing was done here except separating the different sequences; the second part presents just the musical parts, the highlights and many of these pieces have been reworked. The sound output is excellent and we get to hear the band rehearsing with no rush their repertoire including two Fats Domino songs that won t ever be performed at any concert (Let The Four Winds Blow, I m Gonna Be A Wheel Someday) as far as I know, the latter lasting just few seconds. There is unfortunately a mistake on the cover since Track 13 (and 15) are Hello Little Boy and not Grooving as reported the songs being so different that it is hard to understand how could one be taken for the other.
