What's interesting here is that you get to see the duo's craft being honed over this 18 month period.  The Houston performance is passionate and primitive.  It is an amateur shot video but it's filmed via a tripod, just left of the stage front.   The New York segment is a little tougher to watch due to the hand-held camera action, but it's probably the better of the two audience shot performances here...even though it's a month earlier with some technical troubles.  The audio is standard video cam quality. 

The added SNL clips are first generation video and very nice.  They really came into their own during this period of time!  Very good performances turned in for live TV.
