The review
This is the first audience recording to come out from Ron Wood’s gig; it’s an average recording (from the 5th row) and the best efforts were made to upgrade it, actually it is a quite clear document of that concert although lacking bass frequencies and so far the only one to have surfaced; now all tracks have been edited, the recording de-clicked, the phase adjusted using spectral repair. The line-up consisted of: Ron Wood on vocals, guitar, harmonica, Chanel Haynes on vocals and percssions, Johnny Lee Schell on guitar and backing vocals, John Hogg on bass, Andy Newmark on drums, Andy Wallace on keyboards and percussions. The band played good time music but seemed to be unrehearsed, most likely the unexpected absence of Willie Weeks had an impact too.
