REVIEW: |
Volume 6 of
this series is very short, unfortunately, but the line-up has changed with
regards to the previous shows, due to the addition of Nicky Hopkins on piano. From this Festival only 3 tracks circulate, they have been posted on
YouTube by mrsrolink:

A big thanks to mrsrolink! For more information about this festival and others from this era, you can go

About these 3 tracks they have been re-uploaded trying to present them in the
best possible way (de-clicked, channels duplicated etc… but of course they’re
lossy). Despite everything this is a very nice little recording documenting the
great Nicky Hopkins that perfectly suited the Jeff Beck Group as can be heard
on Sweet Little Angel, a masterpiece version of this BB King song.
