REVIEW:

All the circulating versions of the second Boston concert came from the same source and were identical. The one claiming to come from a 1st generation tape and posted in 2006 on Dimedeadozen by Mesquite is the one chosen; the sound was boosted and the recording de-clicked and the transitions between tracks reworked. Also, this recording ran too fast, a comparison with the previous show showed that it had to be decelerated by around 3%. However, this recording is a bit better than the previous one, the band still playing at its best. In this show there are two new songs, Blues De Luxe and A Natural Woman which highlight Nicky Hopkins’ playing, moreover during Rice Pudding there is a short homage to the Stones with hints of Satisfaction and We Love You from Nicky’s piano.

The best toys are the ones that are both educational and multi-purposeful.
