The review
The second Spanish stop of the Winos in 1992 was Madrid, two shows here too; for the first one were available The Demon In Madrid (Memory Motel 04/5) and Madrid, 13 Dec 1992 (no label) that are identical; then Live In Madrid 13&14 December 1992 (MC 002) 3 cdrs that seems to be coming from the same source with a better equalization of the channels and better sound…but lossy; there is also First Night in Spain (MMR 010-11). Again, two version were done: version #1 coming from the MC 002 source: lossy but with a better sound; version #2: lossless recording but with a muddy sound. No doubt in my mind on what to choose; this lossy version is the one that comes from Live In Madrid 13&14 December 1992 (MC 002). Here some little gaps between the tracks were deleted, the sound amplified a bit and tracks reworked. There are fade ins/outs in several titles of disc n.2 and the first seconds of Hate It When You Leave are lost. This is a nice recording, too bad it is in lossy format, but it is however enjoyable.
