	The 1st Chicago stop of the Winos 1988 US Tour w
	
	asn't very good sounding as far as quality is
concerned. Luckily, however a much better sounding alternative version was
located called Talk Is Cheap, Chicago which is an improvement especially in the
second half of the show. Its speed was correct, so a little more bass was added,
and t
	
	he transitions between tracks reworked, moreover the beginning and the end of
the discs have been upgraded. This version is even longer than the other one, a
good minute on Disc One, but 30 seconds shorter on Disc Two; quite frankly it
is incomprehensible how, after having heard this recording, the previous one
could still be considered for publication, ubi maior minor cessat -used to say
the ancient latins.
