Here we have Barcelona second night and for this show were available the following sources: So Happy (Happy Skull Records - SK1) a single disc incomplete and lossy, but with a good sound and then 2 cdrs called The Spanish Gipsy At Barna which is complete and lossless, however with hissy sound and lots of faults. There is also an analog recording simply called Barcelona Sala Zeleste, available on a 2 cdr supposed to be coming from master tapes. It was decided to have two versions: one only with the lossless tracks that can be posted on all sites and another one which is a mix of both sources to get the most complete recording with the best possible sound. This is the mixed version and for the lossy tracks the sound has been amplified a bit and microgaps between the tracks eliminated. For the lossless tracks: some microphone faults have been deleted and the transitions between tracks reworked. Due to a fade in/out between Yap Yap and Time Is On My Side, it was de cided to seperate here the two discs. Note that there are other fade ins/outs between the lossy and lossless versions, because the connection had not always been easy to do. This is a great performance which ranks about the best of the series; the sound of the lossless tracks is excellent, sot so the sound of the lossy tracks, hence the sound evaluation is midway.
