This is the
zillionth box from WLR which puts out silver versions of fans work, in this
case we get the first 2 discs that present stereo masters, in particular on Disc
One Tracks 10,11 were never officially released, Tracks 15,17,19,23 are never
officially released mixes, while Track 16 was never officially released digitally.
On Disc Two Tracks 1-4 are alternate mixes, Tracks 7-19 come from the German
Flowers LP vinyl, digitally transferred. Disc Three has high quality BBC Transcription
discs and the newly found Yeh Yeh Tony Hall show. Disc Four instead presents
Off Air Recordings, which of course are less better sounding than transcription
discs. On Disc Five Tracks 1-5,7-9,14 are demos, Tracks 6,11,12,15-19,22,23,24 are
outtakes, Tracks 10,13,21,25 alternate takes and Track 20 was never released in
UK. Finally on Disc Six Tracks 3,4,5,9,10,13,14,15,17 have been remastered by JFLabs,
but are well known bootleg cuts. Packaging is very nice and will certainly
attract Stones collectors due to the nice photos that grace the box.
