The review

This release from Mayflower presents Tattoo You sessions with classic alternate takes of the released tracks and outtakes. All these are in great sound. Notable here are some hardly heard songs like It s All Wrong featuring an infectious driving lead guitar and Guess I Should Know an electric ballad from Paris 78. The title is misleading though since the tracks that ended on Tattoo You were not recorded for that album, but over the years in many other sessions; for example the very first recording of Black Limousine happened on November 24^th 1973 in Munich when Ron Wood joined the Stones for the first time on an instrumental version of that song probably called Broken Head Blues; none of the version #1 here is that one of course. The last 2 songs on Disc Three are the takes featuring different sax from Sonny Rollins. Packaging is great with a front cover that is quite similar to the official release. The sound output of this release is excellent, full sound and no hiss whatsoever.

Packaging is great although there are many mistakes on sources and for some reason instead of a normal 3-4 discs Fatboy case we got a 5 discs one.
