REVIEW: |
Texas tour
continued for the New Barbarians in Ft.Worth, for this shows the same recording
was available. There is a fade in/out after Honky Tonk Women and Worried Life
Blues and that the band introduction is missing. Both channels have been
rebalanced and rephased, the sound amplified and the transitions between tracks
reworked. Note that there is a short gap at the end of Buried Alive, but no
music was lost. This is a nice recording and probably the one having the widest
spectrum and best high frequencies amongst all the ones reviewed here so far.
