REVIEW: |
This is the
second release of the Exile Sessions from Mayflower label, but it is different
from the other one (MF 110-111) that is now sold-out, because it mostly offers
all the official tracks issued in 2010 for the Exile Deluxe version, including
those just out in Japan, like All Down The Line for instance; some tracks have
retained their former names, like Aladdin Story instead of So Divine. A particular case is Ventilator Blues instrumental take that can be heard in the background playing from Crossfire Hurricane. Obviously,
the sound is excellent all over and there is no hint of any hiss even on instrumental
takes like those on Disc Two that are shown in brutal stereo. However, on Disc
Two for some reason instead of Ventilator Blues we get some talking by Keith
Richards, obviously a misprint. Packaging would be higher had it not be for
that.
