Discs One and Two include the entire Forth Worth show in the best possible quality sourced from the King Biscuit archives - uncensored). Discs Three and Four almost every song broadcast from the '78 tour plus a few that weren't (including Starfucker).

Many bootlegs have come out with such title, apart from The Swingin’ Pig TSP-CD 200, Dandelion 030-033 in 1998, DPCD 09-12 in 2005 which had these same covers, other having similar ones like Handsome Girls, Some Wives (and a Pretty Woman) OGM 033-036 in 2010 or Gorgeous Girls Redux (Sister Morphine 24) all containing the KBFH material and Girls, Pills and Powders (Pignose 023) a 5 discs set. This release presents these tracks in the best possible shape which is very close to an official one.
