John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers January and February 1982 shows are the subject of this series; the band line up consisted of: Mick Taylor on guitar, John Mayall on vocals, keyboards, harmonica and guitar, John McVie on bass and Colin Allen on drums. All the versions of this show came from the same source. Here it has been amplified, the channels equilibrated and the transitions between tracks reworked, so now start with a song; also, some micro-gaps between them were deleted. Note a little gap before and after My Time After Awhile and a fade in/out before the encore, but no music has been lost. This recording appeared on a couple cdrs, one called The Stone and another The Stone Blues that included the second show as well. This recording has a great sound presenting an excellent performance from Mick Taylor that plays really well throughout the whole set.
