This John Mayall’s compilation couples one side featuring Eric Clapton with another featuring Mick Taylor; the first 6 tracks were recorded shortly before the historical album Blues Breakers and present an excellent performance. As per the Taylor side, this concert happened just 2 days before he entered the studio for his first session with the Rolling Stones, but it was not the last he played with the Bluesbreakers, since he also performed in Hamburg on May 23^rd but unfortunately no recording exists of that show. Anyway, the whole show was released officially in 2021. This is a nice release, quite unexpected, especially for Taylor fans, the first time the Bremen show appears on vinyl.
