REVIEW: |
This was the first show in the States, for this concert the line-up was: Charlie
Watts on drums, Bill Wyman on bass, Eric Clapton on guitar and vocals, Jimmy
Page on guitar, Jeff Beck on guitar, Chris Stainton on keyboards and backing
vocals, Kenney Jones on drums, Andy Fairweather Low on guitar and vocals, Ray
Cooper on percussions, Simon Phillips on drums and
Ronnie Lane on vocals on Goodbye Irene, Ian
Stewart on piano on
one track,
Joe Cocker on
vocals, Paul Rodgers on vocals and guitar, Fernando Saunders on bass, James
Hooker on keyboards and Jan Hammer on keyboards. Some songs are different from
the London gigs let alone the presence of Joe Cocker.
Of this show there were 2 sources:
The first one lossless and can be found on Mid Valley Records releases (MVR
2008) or on Heart Breaker (HB 947 1-2), that has been de-clicked with channels
rebalanced (+20% to the left channel).
The second one was lossy and can be found on ARMS Dallas 1983 (no label).
It was running too fast
