In this last volume which is a compendium of ths series are
offered isolated tracks from the missing shows and some other rarities. As
usual the recordings have been de-clicked, phase adjusted using spectral
recovery on the tracks coming from YouTube. Tracks are presented in their
chronological order. In particular the first track comes from a soundcheck, note
that Arno Hecht (sax) is not on these sequences which were
uploaded by
the Iridium staff (IridiumLive)
. The second track was uploaded by
‘SVSHS’
, while the
date for the third recording is unsure: it
could be from the 10th of May but due to Taylor’s clothes, the 11th
is more probable. The fourth track was u
ploaded by ‘Stublatt’ while the fifth and sixth were uploaded by
‘Theelevan’. The last one is a post-show promotional showcase for Teye Guitars with
just Mick Taylor on guitar and vocals and Jeff Allen on drums.
This
showcase was filmed by the Iridium-staff and played after the second Les Paul's
Trio-gig 2 short
extracts were also recorded and uploaded on YouTube. In the final file these 2
common recordings have been merged with the IridiumLive version (from 4’47 to
5’43 and from 07’44 to 08’46). The showcase sequence includes partial
performances of Honky Tonk Women, I Can't Be Satisfied, Start Me Up,
Brown Sugar & Stop Breaking Down.
