REVIEW: |
This recording had not been widely circulating; by comparing it to previous
shows, it needed to be decelerated by 1,5%. There are stereo sync and volume
issues with the first 4 tracks of the recording, resulting in an off-center
sound; so, both channels have been rebalanced (+20% volume for the left
channel) and the sound refocused (by correcting about 1ms of delay on the right
channel). From Shake Your Hips onward, the right channel was saturated, but
without the stereo sync issue. The beginning of You Shook Me is missing (tape
flip?), so discs have been separated there. The beginning of Teresa was
distorted until 1’45 (only the left channel was present and with a poor sound)
so it has been amplified and duplicated. In detail on Disc One on
Badmouth Mama which has been
partially recorded there was a cut at 1’54, Bloody Tears is another new song
that reminds at times Steve Ray Vaughn’s Proud And Joy; on Disc Two on Cairo
Motel note a fade out in the encore break.
