Taylor’s
first concert in May 1990 happened at Nieder Ramstadt, for which there were two
recordings. One was lossless but with very saturated sound, the other had a better
sound but it was lossy. E
ach has its advantages and inconveniences but the
decision was for the better sounding version, however despite what selected
this recording was over 2 minutes longer than the 80 minutes mark, so we
decided to cut out the Intro and Tuning as well as the Band Introductions.
Both channels have been rebalanced
, the sound amplified and the transitions
between tracks reworked.
On Goin’
South at 16’50 the sound disappeared for some seconds on the right channel,
this is now fixed despite a 2 seconds gap at 16’38.
